EzLift |
The air balancer you can
depend on |

|
Coleman EzLift is a pneumatic lifting device used to pick up and balance
varying loads. The advantage of using EzLift as opposed to hoists
is that once the load is balanced, push buttons are no longer required to maneuver the
parts through the full work envelope. This gives the operator the ability to use
both hands to smoothly and precisely guide your load into place.

Operation:
In empty balance, EzLift
is floated over to the load to be moved. Once the hook is attached to the part, the
Load Balance button is pressed and held. The EzLift will start
lifting at a preset adjustable rate. When EzLift is fully
supporting the load, the button is released. At this point, EzLift
will sense the weight of the load and will put it into balance. In the balanced
state the load can be moved through the full work envelope by lightly pushing up and down
on the handles provided, or on the part itself. EzLift will do all
the work to move the load and will maintain it in the position where moved. To release the load, the part is floated into place.
The Empty Balance button is pressed and held. EzLift will
return to Empty Balance. The hook can now be slipped off, and EzLift
can be floated in balance to the next load.

| The
EzLift air logic control can be adjusted for any application |
Application adjustment options include:
> Automatic weight sensing and
balancing controls used to balance varying loads.
> Crane controls used in dumping
applications as the air is locked in the cylinder when not being driven up or down with
push button controls.
> Dual regulator controls used where
the loads are consistent or vary slightly, and a low cycle time is important.
> Venturi vacuum option used with
vacuum cup attachments to generate vacuum and to incorporate safety interlocks to help
insure a load is not dropped in mid air.
> Safety interlocks option used with
pneumatic powered attachments so that a load is not lifted until a safe grip is sensed,
and this grip is not released until the EzLift senses it is no longer supporting a load.
